AmpliTest Trematodes
(Real Time PCR)
PAR07-100
Diagnostic test AmpliTest Trematodes (Real Time PCR) kit allows to detect in a single qPCR reaction the DNA sequences specific for the following trematodes: blood fluke Schistosoma haematobium, liver fluke Fasciola hepatica and Opisthorchis viverrini. Starting material is DNA preparations obtained from feces samples of an infected individual (human or animal). The Real Time PCR reaction is a fourplex type. FAM channel is used to detect the sequence specific for blood trematode Schistosoma haematobium , the Cy5 channel is used to detect the sequence specific for trematode Opisthorchis viverrini , and the Texas Red channel is used to detect the sequence specific for hepatic trematode Fasciola hepatica . The HEX channel is reserved for monitoring of the internal control amplification. Additionally, diagnostic panel contains negative and positive controls allowing to monitor the whole aspects of the Real Time PCR. Positive control was obtained using genetic engeeniring.
