Designing Real Time PCR Reaction
We also offer services in designing Real Time PCR reactions for any DNA sequences. Our services include:
- Selection of appropriate DNA sequences.
- Designing primers/probes targeting specific DNA sequences.
- Preparation of positive controls and internal controls.
- Validation of designed primers/probes, including determination of the detection limit, reaction repeatability, linearity range of the reaction, as well as the specificity of the reaction towards sequences with a high degree of homology (applies to Real Time PCR with Taqman probes).
