AmpliTest Human gDNA (Real Time PCR) test is designed to detect DNA sequences specific for human genomic DNA in samples isolated from swabs, biological traces, tissues of unknown origin. The Real Time PCR reaction is a duplex-type. Human genomic DNA is detected in the FAM channel. The second channel (HEX) serves for detection of the internal control. Controls included into the test (rekombinant DNAs) allow for monitoring the correctness of the Real Time PCR reaction.
